1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by ORLEN FULFILLMENT LLC, a Colorado limited liability company with its registered business address at 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States, trading as avorlyy. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using this site.

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We sell only to customers with a delivery address in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we email you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, including where an item is unavailable, where a price was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are in USD and may change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you pay. Availability is not guaranteed until the order ships.

5. Products, brands and images

We resell goods sourced through our supplier. Brand names appearing on product pages identify the manufacturer of the item concerned. avorlyy and ORLEN FULFILLMENT LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer for any of those brands, and we claim no rights in their trademarks. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Product images are supplied to us through our supply chain. We do not assert ownership of them. Colors can render differently on different screens, and we do not guarantee an exact match.

We publish the specifications the supplier documents for each item. Where a specification such as fabric content has not been supplied, we say so rather than estimate it.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, cancellation and refund terms are set out on our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy pages and form part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it by automated means, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

8. Our content

The text, page layouts and original graphics on this site belong to ORLEN FULFILLMENT LLC. You may not copy or republish them commercially without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here removes any statutory rights you have as a consumer under US federal or state law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs action, carrier disruption, natural disasters, and government measures.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in Colorado have jurisdiction, and nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a small claims court where you live if the law allows it.
