1. The short version
- You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.
- We pay for the return label. Returns cost you nothing to send back.
- There is no restocking fee.
- If you simply changed your mind, the original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded.
- If the item was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you get everything back including shipping, and in most cases you will not have to send it back at all.
2. How to start a return
- Email support@avorlyy.com with your order number and which item you are returning.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier named on the label.
Please do not send anything back before you have emailed us. Unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order and cannot be refunded.
3. US returns address

Use this address only with the prepaid label we send you. Do not send returns to our registered business address in Denver.
4. Condition we accept
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be:
- unworn and unwashed,
- in its original packaging, and
- with all tags still attached.
For an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, none of that applies. Email us photos of what arrived and we will take care of it. In most cases we will refund or replace without asking for the item back; if we do need it returned, we will send a prepaid label.
5. Exchanges
We exchange for a different size or color subject to availability. Email us and we will tell you what is in stock before you send anything back. If the replacement is unavailable, we refund instead.
6. Canceling an order
You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Email support@avorlyy.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours the order is with the warehouse and has to be handled as a return.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.

9. Late or missing refunds
If 10 business days have passed since we told you the refund was issued and you still do not see it, contact your bank first, then email us. We will send you the refund reference so you can trace it.
