We are an online store with no warehouse in the United States. Orders are picked and shipped by our partner warehouse in China, which is why our delivery window is longer than a domestic retailer's. Here is the whole timeline.

Returns are free, and simple

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives. We pay the return postage, there is no restocking fee, and the only thing not refunded on a change of mind is the original $7.95 shipping charge.

Questions people ask before ordering

Why does delivery take two to three weeks?Because the package starts in China and clears US customs on the way. We could quote a shorter number and miss it; we would rather quote the real one.

Will the carrier ask me for customs duty?No. Import duties are included in the price you paid at checkout.

Is sales tax added at checkout?No. We do not currently collect US sales tax.

Why do some listings not state the fabric?Because our supplier did not document it for that item, and we will not guess. Email us and we will ask them before you buy.

Do you have customer reviews?Not yet. We are a new store, and we would rather show nothing than invent them.
