1. Product information

We publish the specifications our supplier documents for each item and nothing more. Where a detail such as fabric composition, weight, or care instruction has not been supplied to us, we say so on the product page instead of estimating it. If a specification matters to your purchase, email support@avorlyy.com before you order and we will ask the supplier.

2. Images and color

Product photographs come to us through our supply chain. Screens render color differently and a garment may look lighter, darker, or warmer in person than it does on your monitor. A color difference of this kind is not a defect, though you may still return the item under our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Sizing

Sizes are as labeled by the manufacturer and are not standardized across brands. A Large from one manufacturer will not necessarily match a Large from another. We list the exact size range available for each item on its product page.

4. Brands and trademarks

Brand names on this site identify the manufacturer of the item concerned. avorlyy and ORLEN FULFILLMENT LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an authorized dealer for any of those brands. All trademarks, trade names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe what is being sold.

5. No health, medical or performance claims

We sell clothing. We make no claim that any item treats, prevents, or relieves any medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

6. Delivery estimates

The delivery windows on our Shipping Policy page are estimates based on how our shipments normally run. They are not guarantees. Customs inspection, carrier backlogs and severe weather can add time and are outside our control.

7. Stock and pricing

Stock levels and prices shown on this site can change without notice. We do not use countdown timers, fake stock counters, or invented urgency of any kind. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we cancel and refund in full rather than substitute something else.

8. Reviews and testimonials

This site publishes no customer reviews, ratings, or testimonials. We are a new store and have not yet collected any. When we do, they will be real, from real orders, and attributed as such.
