Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ORLEN FULFILLMENT LLC, trading as avorlyy, does with personal information collected through avorlyy.com.

1. What we collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information about health, religion or political views.

2. What we do NOT run on this site

We want to be precise here rather than copy a generic template.

No Google Ads tag and no Google Analytics. As of the date at the top of this page, neither is installed.
No Meta (Facebook) pixel and no other social advertising pixel.
No SMS marketing. We never text you.
No sale of personal information and no sharing of it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If we add advertising or analytics tracking in the future, we will update this page and this section before it goes live.

3. Cookies

This site uses the cookies Shopify requires to operate the store: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and protecting checkout against fraud. These are strictly necessary and cannot be switched off without breaking the store.

We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies, and because of that this site does not currently display a cookie consent banner. If we add non-essential cookies, a banner with a reject option will be added at the same time.

4. Email marketing

If you enter your email in a sign-up form on this site, we use it to send offers and product news. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We still need to send you transactional emails about orders you have placed; those are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while an order is open.

5. Who we share information with

Shopify — hosts this store and processes order data on our behalf.
Our payment processor — processes your card payment. We never receive your full card number.
Our supplier and its warehouse in China — receives your name, address and phone number so your order can be shipped to you. This is an international transfer of your data, and it is unavoidable if we are to deliver your order.
USPS and FedEx — receive your delivery address.
Law enforcement or regulators — where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not share it with data brokers.

6. International transfer

Because fulfillment happens in China, your shipping details are transferred outside the United States. We share only what the warehouse needs to address the parcel: name, delivery address, phone number and the items ordered. Your payment details are never sent there.

7. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for two years.

8. Your rights

Residents of California (under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA) and of other states with comparable laws have the right to:

know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it,
receive a copy of it,
have it corrected,
have it deleted, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations,
opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of, and
not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

9. A note on the "Your Privacy Choices" page

Shopify automatically generates a page at /pages/data-sharing-opt-out using its own standard wording, and we cannot edit that text. It is written for merchants who do share data with advertising partners. We do not. This Privacy Policy describes our actual practice; where the two differ, this page is correct.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

11. Security

Payment pages are encrypted and hosted by our payment processor. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
